Australia is in a blood shortage, donation rates are low and the demand for blood is the highest it’s been in nearly a decade. The problem wasn’t just needles - it was nerves. The challenge was how to design the onboarding to reduce anxiety for first-timers.

CERES Fair Food had great produce but users found the website difficult to use, hard to navigate and lengthy to checkout. The challenge was to understand the users’ needs to increase conversions.

Evee is an online platform allowing electric car owners to rent their vehicles. Even though new users were highly motivated electric vehicle fans and already familiar with sharing economy practices, bookings were still being lost. The challenge was to turn hesitation into conversion.
